Youth festival yuva manthan 2018:Aeshvaryam

Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University organised the platform where artforms are living on the stage.

"AESHVARYAM YUVAMANTHAN-2018"
Was held at 26,27,28 october.
It is very memorable programme that all the students were awaited for it and pre-planned all the events avout it. Studemts were curiously practice for so many events.

There are 5 main parts of events in youth festival.
1) Sangitic competitions
2) Nrutya competitions
3) Sahitya competitions
4) Rang manch competitions
5) Lalitkala competitions

Hosting college Takshashila institute very well arranged and organised all the things. The coding system in all the competition was very well maintained. So it can be less bartiparti in the grading and ranking.

First day 26 oct:

Kalayatra:

There were so many slots in the kalayatra. All the collges who have participated very curiously and good effort.
Here are some glimses of the kalayatra:

1) quiz ( prashna manch):

This event held in shree krishnalal shridhrani sahityamanch( department of eng). In this event there were large number of participants around 33 teams.
In this event very hard marking and observation was done by judge by digitally grading. From department of english team-
abul aabedi, prakruti bhatt and kavitaba gohil.

2) on the spot painting(tatkal chitra spardha)

In this eventa we can find so different ideas and current situation weaved with colours.
From department of english vipul dabhi have participated.

3) mimicry:

This event provides a very good platform to the students who are best in mimic.

4) poetry writing and reciting:

This is the event  were words and use of language makes a good texture of writing. Where we find the comic, satiric, political, natural and biographical element. From department of english ramiz solanki participated

5) bhajan

In this event we found a folk and traditional bhajan sang by students.

In ghis event: avni dave had participated.

6) folk dance

In this event we found our state dance: garba, ras, titodo, prachin garbo.

7) paper collage:

In this event students have to collage a picture with pieces of paper,clothes and newspaper cuttings.

In this event devika borich had particiapted.

8) sugam geet& bhajan ...

In this event our essence of folk and gazal found in songs.

9) mime:

This is the event where silent method is applied to convey a theme and message to audience with actions abd expression.

In this event dharma gohel had participated.

Second day 27 oct:

1) classical vocal:

This is the pure classical traditional form of dance.

2) poster making:

In this event students have to draw a conveyer picture with message.

Lalji baraiya had participated.

3) classical dance:

This is the pure classical traditional form of dance.

4) one act play:

In these event i have noticed that so many efforts and practices needed to perform it.

Most important thing is a good script and then direction. Actors have to explore their actions, expression,footworks and also time management. 

At the time it needs music and lighting.

This is about a performing and writing skill.

Where student have themes to write and they have to memorize it and then they have to speak.

This event is for hand made clay work.

This event is the good platform for students who are keenly interested in the western music. This is also a group event.
